If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 7 calendar days to return any item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and tags must be intact. The item must be odor free also.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Sale/Clearance items and Custom orders. Neither are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final due to the custom nature and sale price of those items.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive it within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer's policies. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We ship our items Monday-Friday. 

If your item is in stock, it will ship within 3 business days.

If your item is a pre-order, the listing will have the approximate shipping date listed. 

If you combine an item that is on pre-order with an item that is in stock, we will ship your items when the pre-order item arrives. Do not combine pre-orders with instock items if you are not willing to wait for the pre-order item to arrive.

Please make sure your mailing address is correct! We are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses and we can not change them on our end. If you need to double check your address, please email us at orders@theturquoisefeatherboutique.com and we will take the appropriate steps in helping you correct the address.
